So 2 weeks ago I got my Twitter account suspended for what I think was due to “over aggressive behaviour” or “automated tweeting”. You can read about my suspension here. Basically as an SEO Consultant I like to test new methods and new ideas, I was testing a few Twitter plugins and I think I may have got burnt.
I have been using Twitter for over 2 years and last weekend my Twitter account got suspended without warning! I have a sneaky suspicion that my activity on Twitter was the root cause of the suspension. I have been testing a few Twitter plugins for wordpress which automatically Tweet your old blog posts to your twitter feed. I think this contributed to me getting banned.
